Co-Founder of Legendary Intercontinental Beverage Capital Inc., (IBC) Joins Forces with Life On Earth (LFER).

Big news today that William Hayde the co-founder of the well known NY based Merchant Bank focused specifically on the beverage and consumer packaged goods industries, joined Life On Earths Board of Directors.

Life On Earth additionally announced today that it has brought on board industry veterans, Peter Dacey, as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Peter Dacey was a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Miami Bay Beverage Company, LLC, which successfully developed and launched the Trimino brand of protein-infused waters. Trimino is currently sold through key distributors to more than 10,000 retail outlets. “In joining Life On Earth’s management team, I feel this is a company that will become the next big story in the CPG space. There are a lot of opportunities that the company can capture in order to expand its business exponentially this year and in the future.“

Prior to 454 Life Sciences, Peter served as CFO for publicly traded biotechnology companies Stem Cells Inc. and CytoTherapeutice Inc. Peter was responsible for raising in excess of $50M through public offerings for these organizations. Peter also spent several years with Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the entrepreneurial and technology sectors.
